# Cirql Works (eCirql)

> Cirql Works is a UK ecommerce consultancy. Three offerings: Patchworks Partner Agency, NetSuite consultancy, and AI enablement partner, with the same team across all three. We built PatchBuddy, the world's first AIiPaaS (AI Integration Partner as a Service), in production since January 2026.

## What we do

The five delivery cornerstones, plus a fixed-fee entry-point audit:

- Patchworks integration. Certified Patchworks Partner. We design, build and support Patchworks process flows across the full connector library, and build custom connectors when the marketplace does not have one.
- AI enablement. We add AI to systems clients already run. Function calling against client APIs, retrieval over operational data, agentic workflows in production, embeddings and vector search where they earn their place. Integrations, not pilots.
- Bespoke integration. We ship against any REST, SOAP, GraphQL, EDI, SFTP, JSON or XML interface. We have built integrations against vendor APIs that did not exist when the project started.
- NetSuite consultancy. SuiteScript, RESTlets, SuiteQL, custom workflows. We advise, scope and ship.
- Support retainers. Monitored process flows, on-call engineers, monthly health checks and a fixed SLA. Retainer pricing.
- Integration audit. Fixed-fee, fixed-scope review of an existing integration estate. £1,500 flat, ten working days, PDF report and follow-up call. Audit fee credited in full against project work or a support retainer commissioned within thirty days. A £750 Tapestry-to-Core variant is available for Patchworks Tapestry estates planning the migration to Patchworks Core.

## PatchBuddy

PatchBuddy is a separate product line from Cirql Works, available at https://patchbuddy.ai. It is the world's first AIiPaaS (AI Integration Partner as a Service): describe an integration in plain English and PatchBuddy builds it inside your Patchworks account, end to end. Used by our own delivery team and licensed to other Patchworks agencies and customers. In production since January 2026.

## Team

Cirql Works is founder-led and deliberately small. Two named principals run the business:

- Gavin Hanson, Founder & Principal Engineer (LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/ghanson1). Five years as Principal Engineer at Patchworks before founding the agency. Previously co-founded and was COO of Cylo Limited, a Docker orchestrator that pre-dated Kubernetes and was acquired in 2020. The engineer on the discovery call is the engineer writing the integration.
- Charlie Hanson, Operations Director (LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/charliehanson1/). Oversees the day-to-day running of the business: accounting, scheduling, customer liaison. Two decades across the corporate and educational sectors, including time at Severn Trent. Founded her own apparel brand in 2025 alongside her role at eCirql.

Senior associate engineers come in when scope warrants it, never as a layer between the client and the work.
