Centra is a headless ecommerce platform built specifically for fashion and lifestyle brands, originating in the Nordics and now used across Europe. Its product model handles seasons, drops and B2B/D2C duality in a way that more generic platforms force teams to work around.
Patchworks integrates Centra through its REST API. Orders flow out to ERPs and 3PLs, products and assortments flow in from PIMs, and the B2B/D2C separation needs careful handling so that wholesale orders and direct sales do not contaminate each other downstream.
Fashion ecommerce has its own grammar · drops, swatches, look-books · and Centra integrations work best when the team building them understands that grammar before they touch the API.

Yes. Centra storefront integrations sit on retainer with the same team that built them. Monitored flows, on-call cover for traffic-driven failures, monthly health checks and tiered response SLAs from £750 per month. We track the boring-but-vital things storefronts surface: webhook retries, fulfilment-status drift, refund-edge-case incidents. -
04 Can you build a custom Centra connector or flow?
Yes. We extend Patchworks connectors and build custom flows for Centra when standard connector behaviour doesn't model the merchant's actual catalogue, checkout, customer or fulfilment shape. Common bespoke work includes custom checkout-field mapping, multi-store and multi-region routing, subscription rebill handling and B2B account-hierarchy treatment.
