Pricing

What it costs to work with eCirql.

Three commercial shapes cover almost every engagement: a fixed-fee Integration Audit as the entry point, support retainers for ongoing operations under SLA, and fixed-fee project work for new builds and migrations. Prices on this page are the actual figures, not ranges. The credit policy at the bottom explains how the audit fee comes off your first invoice if you move forward.

Integration audit

Fixed-fee entry point.

The audit is the productised front door for new engagements. Ten working days, written deliverable, follow-up call, credited against any follow-on work. Two variants depending on whether your estate is general-purpose or a Patchworks Tapestry-to-Core migration.

  • Standard Integration Audit

    £1,500

    10 working days

Fixed-fee, fixed-scope review of an existing integration estate. PDF report and follow-up call. The right entry point for most engagements.

    • Flow inventory and dependency map of the existing integration estate
    • Failure-mode analysis: where the estate is fragile, where it's solid
    • Cost-posture and operational handover quality review
    • Recommendations: stay, fix specific things, migrate or rebuild
    • 60-minute walkthrough call with the founder
    Full audit details
  • Tapestry to Core Audit

    £750

    10 working days

Variant scoped specifically for Patchworks Tapestry estates planning the migration to Patchworks Core. Cost and effort estimate for the move included.

    • Current Tapestry flow inventory and dependency map
    • Mapping of what Core handles differently and what migrates as-is
    • Cost and effort estimate for the migration project
    • Recommended phasing and parallel-running approach
    • 60-minute walkthrough call
    Full audit details

Support retainers

Ongoing cover, transparent pricing.

Once an integration is live we are usually the team that supports it. Three tiers cover most estate shapes. The right team to run the retainer is the team that built the integration: the runbook is in their heads as much as the documentation.

  • Essential

    £750 per month

    1 business day response

Operational safety net for a single integration or small estate.

    • 6 dedicated support hours per month
    • Real-time integration monitoring
    • Email support, priority queue
    • 5% discount on additional project work
  • Enterprise

    Custom scoped per estate

    1 hour response

For multi-system estates that need round-the-clock cover and a defined incident process.

    • 12+ dedicated support hours per month
    • Private Slack channel with our team
    • Weekly integration health checks
    • 24/7 priority support
    • Negotiated discount on additional project work

Retainer hours roll into a percentage discount on additional project work in the same period rather than banking unused time. Tiers can change with thirty days' notice in either direction. See the support retainers page for the full scope and process.

Project work

Fixed-fee against agreed scope.

Project pricing is a function of scope, not a sticker. We don't list ranges on this page because ranges are misleading: a Shopify-to-NetSuite integration can run six weeks or twenty depending on OneWorld setup, customisation depth and edge-case density. What we commit to is a clear scoping process before any build commitment.

01

Scope from the audit

The most efficient route. The audit deliverable contains enough technical detail that we can write a fixed-fee proposal directly from it.

02

Or scope from a brief

If you have a clear brief and the estate is well- understood, we can scope from that. Discovery call is free; deeper technical scoping is a small fixed-fee engagement sized to the project.

03

Fixed-fee proposal

Explicit milestones, deliverables, dependencies and change-request handling. Hourly billing is not on the table; fixed-fee is the default because it aligns incentives on both sides.

For the most-shipped integration shapes we publish typical timelines on each combo page; those timelines are the honest range, not a ceiling or a floor.

Credit policy

The audit fee comes back when you move forward.

If you commission project work or a support retainer with us within thirty days of the audit report landing, the £1,500 audit fee is credited in full against your first invoice. The £750 Tapestry-to-Core variant follows the same rule against the subsequent migration engagement.

The credit is automatic; you don't need to claim it, and we don't apply it conditionally on engagement size. The purpose of the audit is to make the buying decision easier, not to be a profit centre. Functionally it's a deposit for committed engagements with a face-saving exit if either side decides we're not the right fit.
