Amazon Seller Central integration
Central hub for managing product sales on Amazon marketplace.
How we integrate Amazon Seller Central
The integration shape.
Amazon Seller Central is the merchant surface on top of Amazon's marketplace and one of the most fee-sensitive, dispute-heavy operational systems any retailer touches. The SP-API is comprehensive and unforgiving: throttled, region-segmented, with quirks that change without ceremony.
Patchworks integrates Seller Central through SP-API for listings, inventory, orders, fulfilment notifications and settlement reports. Typical flows push product feeds from a PIM, sync inventory from a WMS, write order acknowledgements back from the ERP and reconcile settlement against finance. FBA and FBM accounts behave differently and usually need separate flow designs.
The work that adds the most value here is the dispute and reconciliation surface: matching settlement transactions to orders, working out where fees landed, and feeding it back to finance in a shape they can close on.

01 How does Patchworks integrate Amazon Seller Central?

02 What's a typical Amazon Seller Central integration timeline?
Five to eight weeks for a Amazon Seller Central integration, including settlement reconciliation and the dispatch-SLA writeback the marketplace expects. Each additional operator after the first is configuration, not rebuild. -
03 Do you support Amazon Seller Central integrations after they launch?
Yes. Amazon Seller Central integrations sit on retainer with SLA-aware monitoring (the marketplace's own SLA, not just ours), settlement reconciliation review and on-call cover for late dispatch or stuck listing flows. Tiered SLAs from £750 per month. -
04 Can you build a custom Amazon Seller Central connector or flow?
Yes. Custom Amazon Seller Central work usually covers operator-specific category and attribute schemas, settlement-line GL mapping, FBA-or-equivalent inventory routing, and SLA-aware dispatch writeback. We build the marketplace-specific bits as extensions rather than as forks of the base flow.
