GXO is one of the world's largest contract logistics providers, with warehouses across the UK, EU and US. Retailers running on GXO are doing so for scale, automation maturity and global reach rather than fashion-aware service.
Patchworks integrates GXO at the file and API level, depending on the warehouse and the contract. Outbound order despatch, inbound goods receipt, stock-level reconciliation and shipping confirmation are the standard flows. GXO sites vary in their interface conventions, and an integration that works in one facility is not automatically portable.
We treat each GXO site as its own integration scope, even when the contract treats them as one operation.

02 What's a typical GXO integration timeline?
Four to eight weeks for a standard GXO fulfilment integration. Bespoke pick, pack or carrier rules in the warehouse extend the build; we scope those in the kickoff. -
03 Do you support GXO integrations after they launch?
Yes. GXO integrations stay under SLA after launch with dispatch-event monitoring, carrier-rule validation and the on-call cover the operations floor needs. Tiered response SLAs from £750 per month. -
04 Can you build a custom GXO connector or flow?
Yes. Custom GXO work typically covers carrier-rule overrides, packaging-hint mapping, split-shipment behaviour, gift-message propagation and the specific dispatch-event payloads the warehouse team can act on. We extend the standard connector flows; we don't fight them.
