Magento integration
Open-source platform with extensive customisation.
How we integrate Magento
The integration shape.
Magento, now Adobe Commerce, has been the default open-source enterprise commerce platform for over a decade. The product is rich, the customisation surface is enormous, and the integration estate around it tends to grow accordingly.
Patchworks integrates Magento through its REST and GraphQL APIs. Orders flow out to ERPs and OMS, products and inventory flow in from PIMs and ERPs, customers move between Magento and the marketing stack. B2B Magento deployments have their own dimension · company structures, hierarchical pricing, quote workflows · that integrations need to respect rather than flatten.
Magento integrations work best when the customisations the merchant has made are understood up front. There is no such thing as a generic Magento connector for a heavily-customised store.

01 How does Patchworks integrate Magento?
Patchworks integrates Magento through its REST and GraphQL APIs. Orders flow out to ERPs and OMS, products and inventory flow in from PIMs and ERPs, customers move between Magento and the marketing stack. B2B Magento deployments have their own dimension · company structures, hierarchical pricing, quote workflows · that integrations need to respect rather than flatten. -
02 What's a typical Magento integration timeline?
Three to six weeks for a single-store Magento integration on a clean scope. Multi-store, multi-region or B2B-heavy rollouts run longer; we scope per estate. -
03 Do you support Magento integrations after they launch?
Yes. Magento storefront integrations sit on retainer with the same team that built them. Monitored flows, on-call cover for traffic-driven failures, monthly health checks and tiered response SLAs from £750 per month. We track the boring-but-vital things storefronts surface: webhook retries, fulfilment-status drift, refund-edge-case incidents. -
04 Can you build a custom Magento connector or flow?
Yes. We extend Patchworks connectors and build custom flows for Magento when standard connector behaviour doesn't model the merchant's actual catalogue, checkout, customer or fulfilment shape. Common bespoke work includes custom checkout-field mapping, multi-store and multi-region routing, subscription rebill handling and B2B account-hierarchy treatment.
