Four to eight weeks for a standard Shipbob fulfilment integration. Bespoke pick, pack or carrier rules in the warehouse extend the build; we scope those in the kickoff. -
03 Do you support Shipbob integrations after they launch?
Yes. Shipbob integrations stay under SLA after launch with dispatch-event monitoring, carrier-rule validation and the on-call cover the operations floor needs. Tiered response SLAs from £750 per month. -
04 Can you build a custom Shipbob connector or flow?
Yes. Custom Shipbob work typically covers carrier-rule overrides, packaging-hint mapping, split-shipment behaviour, gift-message propagation and the specific dispatch-event payloads the warehouse team can act on. We extend the standard connector flows; we don't fight them.
