Mirakl is the enterprise marketplace platform: retailers like Carrefour, Best Buy and Maisons du Monde run Mirakl-powered marketplaces alongside their first-party operations. The platform handles seller onboarding, product catalogues, order routing and settlement at enterprise scale.
Patchworks integrates Mirakl for seller-side product feed publishing, inventory and pricing sync, order ingestion and settlement processing. Operator-side flows handle seller onboarding, catalogue moderation and dispute reconciliation. Both sides of a Mirakl deployment have their own integration surface, and treating them separately is usually correct.
Marketplace integrations are unforgiving about timing and fee mapping. Mirakl is no exception, and the discipline of running them under SLA is where the value lands.

Yes. Mirakl integrations sit on retainer with SLA-aware monitoring (the marketplace's own SLA, not just ours), settlement reconciliation review and on-call cover for late dispatch or stuck listing flows. Tiered SLAs from £750 per month. -
04 Can you build a custom Mirakl connector or flow?
Yes. Custom Mirakl work usually covers operator-specific category and attribute schemas, settlement-line GL mapping, FBA-or-equivalent inventory routing, and SLA-aware dispatch writeback. We build the marketplace-specific bits as extensions rather than as forks of the base flow.
